Commercial Work

 

McKee Construction has completed many commercial projects which includes new commercial projects, remodeling, and structural.

National Association of Letter Carriers had three projects going at one time which included caissons to support a ramp for emergency exists, handicap accessibility ramps, and enhanced the appearance of the building.

Tyler Bass of Bart Realty contracted McKee Construction for a four story 32,000 square foot commercial office building in Cherry Creek that had serious structural concrete failure.   This repair was made in a timely manner and several thousand dollars under budget. (Pictures Above)

Rocky Mountain Pittsburgh Paints Center had a restaurant building converted to use as a wholesale/retail paint store.  Republic Plaza had McKee Construction install automatic sliding door in a high-finish glass and concrete wall in the main lobby and extended an existing steel catwalk in a service area above the suspended ceiling.  McKee Construction has remodeled offices for West Metro Fire Protection District, Auto-Life-Health-Home Insurance, United Power, American Legion Post 22 in Northglenn, and numerous other locations.

McKee Construction has done structural repair on several commercial buildings in downtown Littleton. These buildings were completely gutted and rebuilt.
